We normally dispatch all orders next working day and so you should expect to receive your goods within 2-3 days.
If you have not received your order after 5 working days please let us know by emailing email@example.com or calling 0800 9520089 (Monday - Friday 9am to 5:00pm).
You can check the status of your order by logging onto the "My Account" area of the website.
Please note that if you order a number of different products they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.
UK delivery prices
Standard UK delivery: £2.99
For some items (such as larger and heavier items, liquids and aerosols) there may be an additional postage charge. If an additional postage charge is payable this is shown on the product details page and will also be shown on the checkout page.
Self-Fit Car Batteries
There is no charge for delivery of self-fit car batteries.
International delivery prices
Europe: £5 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item
Rest of World: £8 for the first item plus £1 for each additional item
Larger and heavier items, liquids and aerosols are only available for delivery in the UK. Please see product details for more information.
We do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Indonesia, Uganda and Nigeria.
Lost or undelivered orders
For UK orders please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch before you report your items as missing. Please allow 25 working days for international orders.
Please check with your neighbours - they may have taken the parcel in on your behalf. You should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office - they may be holding the item if they couldn’t deliver it.
If your item is not delivered after this time, please complete our Lost Goods Form and return it to us within 28 days. You can download the form here:

Items damaged in transit
If your item has been damaged in the post please report this to us within 7 days of receipt by emailing us at email@example.com including the following information:
- Your details
- Your order number
- A photograph of the damage to the item and the packaging
