Delivery Details

Order Despatch

Orders received before 12 noon will be processed that day, any orders after 12noon will be processed the next business day.

You can check the status of your order by logging onto the "My Account" area of the website.

If you’ve not had your order within 14 days for items delivered to the UK or 28 days for worldwide deliveries please let us know by calling 0800 9520089 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday or by emailing orders@racshop.co.uk

Please note that if you order more than one product they may be despatched separately and arrive with you at different times.

We offer a range of flexible delivery options for your convenience.

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery - £2 per order plus 50p per additional item
  • Car Batteries - £7.95 per battery (free for RAC members - order before mid-day for next day delivery)
  • Next Day Working Day Delivery excludes Saturdays (before 1pm) - £7
  • Recorded (signed for) – £4.50

International Orders

  • Europe: £3 per order plus £1 per for each additional item
  • Worldwide: £10 per order plus £5 per for each additional item

We do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus,, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Macedonia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Indonesia, Uganda and Nigeria.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t been delivered please read the information below to find out what to do next.

You need to allow 15 working days from the date of despatch before an item is considered missing by Royal Mail or courier companies (25 working days for international orders).

Check with your neighbours; they may have taken the parcel in on your behalf. You should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office, they may be holding the item if they couldn’t deliver it.

If your item is not delivered within this timeframe please complete our Lost Goods form and return it to us. You can download the form here.

Once we receive your completed form we will send a replacement item to your address.
