A nice idea in principle and it gives a nice bright light, but it's made of very brittle plastic. I'd only uised mine a few times when the on/off switch snapped off, rendering it unusable.

Excellent torch! No batteries just crank a few times and go. A few cranks last me ages and it's very bright. It's the brightest of the small led torches I have. I got the clear one and it looks fab! Love it!

Fantastic torch!! I only needed a few cranks and I used it for ages. Never failed and so easy coz you can use just one hand to crank it. Very bright too, much brighter and better than a similar one I bought in Clas Ohlson. Fantastic little torch. Would highly recommend!!

These torches are rubbish. Also sold as the Eco Hand Crank Torch this is not what it seems. It is just a battery powered torch! The dynamo does not charge the batteries. Once they drain the torch is near useless. I have had two fail this way.

Excellent tool! Useful to find mis-placed objects (It seems to be its special ability . . careful with the colour . . they have meaning) . . The light lasts much more than expected . . . Why Use batteries? or solar energy (Pannels would pollute more in production process . . MUJI similar product uses solar pannels)?

This torch is superb. I like the fact that you can operate / charge it one-handed. (Important if you have a screw-driver in the other hand !).
Excellent piece of kit.

This is the best little torch to take to festivals as it takes up no space, is incredibly bright and doesn't require batteries. At £2.99 its a bargain.
