RAC Battery fitting service*

RAC attends around half a million battery-related call-outs each year. Cold weather, leaving the lights on accidentally, or simple wear and tear, can all take their toll on your car's battery.

RAC Members only need to pay for the cost of the car battery, we will come to you, deliver and fit it*.

For non-RAC members we can fit your battery for £30*.

• RAC will check your old car battery really is at fault, so you don’t spend money you don’t need to.**
• If we find it’s not your battery at fault our patrol will diagnose your problem and provide a solution.
• RAC will fit and test your new car battery and charging system using the latest technology.
• We’ll take your old battery away and recycle it.
