£3.30 per order. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days.
UK Next Day Delivery
£4.99 per order. Orders must be placed before 2pm and will be delivered next working day (e.g. orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday). Next day delivery is only available for customers on the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland).
Uk next day delivery only applies to working days (Monday to
Friday) any orders placed on a bank holiday or Saturday and Sunday
will be processed on the next working day for delivery the day
(e.g orders placed on a Sunday will be processed on the next
working day, usually Monday for delivery the Tuesday)
In the rare occasion your product is out of stock or there will be a delay on the delivery you will be notified.
All pet products must be placed before 1pm for next day delivery

We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address specified in your Order. Please be precise about your address when entering your details. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered to the address specified in your delivery instructions.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
For UK orders please allow 15 working days from the date of dispatch before you report your items as missing. Please allow 25 working days for international orders.
Please check with your neighbours - they may have taken the parcel in on your behalf. You should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office - they may be holding the item if they couldn't deliver it.
If your item is not delivered after this time, please send an email to email@example.com, making sure to include all relevant information about your order.
Note that if you Order more than one item they may be dispatched separately and arrive with you at different times.
Items Damaged to Transit
If your item has been damaged in the post please report this to us wihtin 7 days of receipt by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org including the following information:
1. Your details
2. Your order number
3. A photograph of the damage to the item and the packaging
We will arrange for Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and Returns Authorisation Form to be sent to you and will send a free freepost integrated label if we need you to send the old item back to us. Replacement items will be sent to you.
