Avoid the hassle by having the RAC Shop professionally install your new battery for you. During your purchase online, you will be asked to select a fitting time and location so that an engineer can then attend your home or place of work to fit your battery for you.

Changing a battery can be a difficult and daunting job. However, having an engineer come and professionally fit it will not only provide peace of mind that your car will soon be up and running but also guarantees that the battery will be fitted properly.

Fitting typically takes 30 minutes for batteries. If you have any questions regarding our battery fitting service, then please do not hesistate to call us on 0808 164 9361.

Please note that we only offer fitting on select car batteries and do not currently offer fitting on motorcycle or leisure batteries.

Delivery of your order is by courier.

Delivery is free for orders over £50 and £4.00 for all other orders with a few exceptions for some postcodes (listed here) and for some very heavy or very large products. The shipping costs for these can be found at checkout.

All of our mats are made to order. Due to the cutting and stitching process we are usually ready to deliver your mats within 5 to 7 days. If you chose to have embroidery on your mats this is hand stitched and adds up to 2 days to your order processing.

Please note: Higher quality car mats take slightly longer for our suppliers to make. Estimated lead times for making the car mats are:
Standard - up to 5 working days
Super Deluxe - up to 7 working days
Ultra Deluxe - up to 12 working days

Mats are then despatched by courier to you.

If your mats have not arrived 8 days after ordering, please contact us on 0800 862 0676 and our customer service personelle will be able to help.

Unfortunately, our customised and made-to-order car mats cannot be returned.

If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done as soon as possible before the car mats are manufactured. Once the car mats have been manufactured, we will be unable to cancel the order.

Faulty products will be replaced as soon as we are able to verify the fault and ship another to you. For items you simply want to return within 14 days of purchase for a refund, a refund will be issued to the card you paid with within 7 days of the item being received by the RAC shop. please contact our customer services department by either emailing us at enquiries@racshop.co.uk or by phoning us on 0808 164 9361.
